Terms of Service
Effective July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and 1hub ("1hub," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the 1hub.work website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
1. The Service
1hub provides software that enables users ("Customers") to ingest, host, and present content and deliverables to their own clients ("Client Viewers") through branded portals. We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Customer Content and Responsibility
"Customer Content" means any content you ingest, upload, link, generate, or share through the Service, including artifacts, documents, files, links, images, and comments, and any personal data contained in them. As between you and 1hub, you retain all rights in your Customer Content. You grant 1hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to your Customer Content and to share it through the Service;
- your Customer Content and its use do not infringe or violate any third-party rights or any law;
- you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and appropriateness of your Customer Content and for the personal data of your clients and Client Viewers, including providing all required notices and obtaining all required consents.
1hub does not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for Customer Content and is not liable for any loss, deletion, or unavailability of Customer Content. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right;
- upload or distribute malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems, or circumvent any security or access controls;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape or harvest data.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts, for any violation.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, AI model processing, email delivery, payments, and analytics. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and 1hub is not responsible for third-party services or for content originating from them. The in-product assistant uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output; you are responsible for evaluating its output before relying on it.
6. Plans, Fees, and Payment
The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of client portals, and paid subscription plans (currently "Pro" and "Studio") that raise or remove that limit and unlock additional features such as a custom domain and bulk import. The specific limits and features of each plan are described in the Service and at the point of purchase, and may be adjusted on a prospective basis.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the point of purchase and are processed by our third-party payments provider, Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by the payments provider at checkout. Fees may change on a prospective basis, with notice for existing subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current period, and you retain access until then. You may also change tiers (for example, Pro to Studio) at any time; a tier change takes effect immediately and the payments provider applies a proration to your next invoice. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Customer Content), is owned by 1hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1hub disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. 1hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that any content (including assistant output) will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1hub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service.
This applies whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not 1hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will 1hub's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to 1hub in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including the rights of your clients and Client Viewers.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account and Customer Content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Israelfor any dispute not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class or representative action to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above indicates when they were last revised, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1hub regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
